What no on tells you about Intuitive Eating, and what you need to know to master it once and for all

Warning: this conversation is for adults only. So I’ma need you to suppress your desires to throw temper tantrums, focus on the topic at hand, and check your religious beliefs, moral codes, and egos at the door.

Because I’ma serve it to you straight, no chaser.

NO ONE intuitively eats a “plant based” diet, because NO ONE intuitively builds a factory to manufacture counterfeit, plant based “food.”

On the other hand, EVERYONE would build a fire to eat their latest catch, unless of course you like it raw.

EVERYONE would eat plants as side dishes, or use them as filler foods to bulk up meals for satiety, if it wasn’t enough animal food to go around.

And SOME of us would use plants for medicinal purposes. I don’t need to make a case for that, because you don’t have to go very far to find people chiefing like Indians niijis to this day.

What would happen if we defied our natural instincts?

EVERYONE would acquire nutrient deficiencies, because EVERYONE needs essential nutrients that are only available in appreciable amounts in animal foods.

But we’ve become so civilized after transforming our natural environment into a concrete jungle, that we’ve disassociated animals as a food source.

But believe it or not, they are. Religious or not, they are. Ethical or not, they are. Morally superior or not, they are.

And so are we. We just happened to sit at the top of the food chain in either instance.

The difference is that we have mass media to override our natural instincts, and socially engineer guilt when we can’t mindfu*k ourselves into believing that vegan science experiments taste like meat.

We can’t override our biological, or satisfy our needs for meat with fake imitations of it, no more than we can replicate their nutritional profiles.

If we continue to try to do so, EVERYONE will ultimately suffer from nutrient deficiencies; and we’ll continue to devolve into extinction, just like all the plant based dieters who walked the earth before us did.

To be clear:

If you’re eating a plant based diet, you’re NOT eating intuitively.

Plant based “meat” is NOT an adequate replacement for animal protein.

Plants have their place, but it’s NOT at the center of a healthy diet, or as the center of your plate.

You NEED to eat an animal based diet for optimal health, despite what you may have read in the dietary guidelines, what celebrities and vegan gurus are paid to promote it, or what lie you’re told about sustainability and saving the planet.

If you choose NOT to eat intuitively, you choose to commit suicide.
